If you would like a cost for any of our services, please give us a call or send us a Quote Request . Depending on the works you have, a visit to site may be required to enable us to give you the best possible price. This of course will made at a time to suit you and will not cost you a penny.
        We would always prefer to supply our domestic and commercial customers with a free of charge fixed price quotation so you know the cost of works before you give us the go ahead. We guarantee that unless a customer increases the amount of works that was originally allowed for, our fixed quotations will remain fixed with no hidden charges to surprise you at a later date.
      
We appreciate that some customers have works that are a matter of urgency and have time restrictions, so a fixed quotation may not be possible prior to the commencement of works. In these instances please see our call out charges.  All our call out rates exclude the cost of materials.
 
All emergency call out charges below are excluding materials

    Rates are: 
Normal hours -    £59 for the first hour  ,  and   £39 every hour thereafter in 15 min. segments.
Out of hours  -    £79 for the first hour  ,  and   £59 every hour thereafter in 15 min. segments.? Minimum payment is for 1 hour. All faults and reasonable repairs are normally done in the first hour. Prices include all running costs.

     Don't mix the prices above with our normal planed hourly rate , witch is £33.
